Day 7 - Salad Greens
menu LAST DAY!!
I had several small salads drizzled with Balsamic Vinegar, tasty but not very filling.
Over the last 7 days I have lost about 5-6 pounds but I will gain back 2-3 getting back to normal eating, normal as in HEALTHY. I was a healthy eater before but sometimes you get in a slump..... so back on track. Over the next few days I will continue drinking 1 scoop of powder twice a day and eat a Mediterranean type diet. Tomorrows is a fruit smoothie (I missed not eating fruit!), I can include the powder in it. I will use all my leftover vegetables to make a salad for lunch and include turkey or chicken with light dressing. Dinner is seared tuna on greens w/ Balsamic dressing. A square of dark chocolate for desert!
I encourage everyone to try this or some type of detox/cleanse. I really does your body good and makes you appreciate good food.... after 7 days anything will taste great!
